How do I register for the livestream?

You can find the registration form here. You must register for each edition of the series separately. Registering for one edition does not mean you are registered for any future editions.

I registered but I did not receive any link to the livestream?

After registration, you receive a notification email regarding your registration. On the day of the livestream you will receive your link with details on how to access the livestream by email on the email account used for your registration.

These emails are automatically generated and might be seen by your system as spam. So please check your junk/spam folder in case you haven't received an email after 1 hour from registering then please contact us at info@vironet.com.

Where can I see the program for upcoming editions?

After each edition, we will update our website with the program for the next edition.

Each edition holds a program of approx. 90 minutes. 60 minutes of lectures and 30 minutes round table discussion/Q&A. Please keep in mind that the indicated time is an estimate as the program might get an extension of 10 minutes due to the large number of questions we receive.

CME accreditation

An application for CME accreditation will be submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).

How can I receive a certificate of attendance?

In order to be eligible to receive a certificate of attendance, you must have followed the full program and complete the post-evaluation survey. Please check your junk/spam inbox if you cannot find the email containing your link to the survey. If you followed the program and did not receive an email with a link to the survey, please email us at info@vironet.com.

The post-evaluation survey will be online for 1 week after the livestream. Please complete the survey within this time in order to receive your certificate of attendance. Once the survey is closed, it cannot be reopened.

How do I submit questions related to the topics of the program?

There are a few different ways to submit a question.

1) You can send in a question using the Q&A box during the livestream.

2) Use the messenger feature on our Facebook or send us a tweet using the hashtag: #COVID19Series.

3) Or send us an email before the stream.

I submitted a question and it was not answered during the livestream, why?

You are not guaranteed to receive an answer to your question. Due to a very large amount of questions and limited time during the livestream, it is not possible for every question to be answered. We ensure that as many questions as possible are answered during the stream and that the most frequently asked topics are addressed.

Questions that are not answered during the stream will be used to inspire future program topics.

What if I can't attend the livestream due to work or time difference?

A recording of the full livestream along with the individual presentations will be uploaded to our website soon after the stream has ended. These videos and slides will remain archived on our website where you can view them on demand.

How can I ensure to view the online course with the best possible quality?

As the program is livestreamed, a stable internet connection is the best way to ensure you can view the stream at the highest quality. Please note, the video quality of livestreams is dependent on your internet connection. A good headset is also recommended to secure the best audio quality possible. Since the quality of computer audio depends on your internet connection, we suggest that you close any other applications that update frequently using the internet to avoid any interruptions.

If my question is not answered in the FAQs, who do I contact regarding the COVID-19 Online Educational Program?

Please email us at info@vironet.com with your question. We will take the topic of your question into account when creating future programs. Alternatively, you can request that your question is put to the speakers for the next edition of the program. Please note, this is no guarantee that your question will be answered. Only that we will add it to our pool of questions available for the speaker to potentially answer.
